The P11d is an annual form from UK based employers, used to report to HMRC any benefits to their Directors and Employees who earn over the threshold.
As benefits in kind effectively increases your salary, there may be National Insurance contributions payable on them, by both the employee and employer.
P11d’s must be filed by 6th July following the tax year in question.
