Why Contact Suffolk Will Services?
- Services Offered
Not only does Helen offer a bespoke Will Writing service in and around Suffolk, she provides Probate advice following a bereavement. Your Will should be as individual as you are. Your instructions will identify if any adjustments need to be made to your ownership of your home- if necessary, I will assist you with severing your joint tenancy.
I prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients (relating to their health and care and/or property and money) and register the documents with the Office of the Public Guardian.
- Knowledge & Experience
With over 20 years’ experience working within local solicitors’ offices & building a wealth of knowledge along the way, you can be sure that you are in safe hands. Helen is an Associate Member of the Society of Will Writers and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Legal Executives (otherwise known as CILEX).
- Bespoke Service
Unlike many companies based in an office, I can arrange a visit at a mutually preferred time & place. This can be in the comfort of your home, during the day or early evening.
- Fixed fees
All instructions are carried out on a fixed fee basis.
